Changes and cancellations

Registration fee:
  • Cancellation of registration will lead to a refund of the registration fee minus a EUR 50 handling charge.
  • Cancellations after 11 May 2011 or no-show, no refund.
Hotel
  • Cancellation prior to 1 March are free of charge.
  • Cancellation between 1 March and 1 April, full refund minus EUR 50 per night per room.
  • Cancellation after 1 April or no-show, no refund.


Changes and cancellations must be made directly and by e-mail to Din Konferanse AS.

Liability
The organizers cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to personal effects of any conference participants. Everyone is advised to make their own arrangements for insurance of personal effects and medical costs. Certain insurances may also cover cancellation fees. Check with your local travel agent. Furthermore, the organizers cannot be held liable for any claim arising from breach of contract by suppliers etc., or by situations of force majeure. By organizers here are referred to the MCT Inst. and Din Konferanse AS, both in different capacities of the organization of the conference.
